1️⃣ Book Your Car
Browse our fleet, choose the car that fits your needs, and make your booking request online or through our contact channels.
2️⃣ Meet & Hand Over
We’ll meet you at the agreed location (including free airport pick-up if needed) or one of our offices to hand over your rental car.
3️⃣ Provide Required Documents
For the handover, please have the following ready:
- A valid driver’s license (international, Syrian, or any foreign license).
- A valid ID card or passport.
- The full rental payment for the agreed period.
- A $150 insurance deposit (refundable at the end of the rental).
4️⃣ Sign the Rental Contract
- The customer signs the official rental contract and 5 trust bonds.
- We keep the original rental contract (you receive a copy).
- We keep the trust bonds for the duration of the rental.
5️⃣ Receive Your Car
Once the documents and payment are complete, we hand over the car — clean, serviced, and ready for your journey.
6️⃣ Return & Refund
- You return the car in the same condition that you received it.
- We return your trust bonds, and the $150 insurance deposit.
- Your rental is complete! 🚗✨
