A Car and Driver to Suit Your Plans

Travel within Damascus

Arrange transport between your hotel, meetings, and visits without having to drive yourself. Share your departure and return times and planned stops so we can coordinate the service.

Business Visits and Delegations

A car with driver can be arranged for business visits, guests, and institutional teams. Tell us how many vehicles, days, and passengers you need so we can confirm availability before booking.

Trips outside Damascus and Airport Pickups

If your itinerary includes the airport or other cities, share your destinations and timings in advance so we can confirm availability and costs. Transport with a driver is quoted separately; the delivery terms for self-drive rental cars do not automatically apply.

How Much Does a Car with Driver Cost?

Your quote includes the car rental and driver fees, based on the vehicle, rental period, and itinerary. Prices are quoted in US dollars and the total is confirmed before booking. Fuel is not included when your itinerary and estimated mileage are unspecified. Additional hours and driver accommodation are handled according to the terms below.

For an accurate quote, send your start and end dates, daily service hours, pickup point, destinations, passenger numbers, and luggage requirements. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Car and Driver Rental Terms

Daily Hours and Overtime

The driver is available for 8 hours per day. Extra hours are charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate. The hourly rate is the daily driver fee divided by 8. Agree your schedule and any extension with our team in advance.

Fuel and Parking

Fuel is not included when your estimated mileage is unspecified. Share your planned route and confirm the fuel arrangements in your quote before booking. The client provides parking when needed.

Driver and Passenger Capacity

Only the Syrents driver may drive the vehicle. A standard car accommodates a maximum of four passengers, excluding the driver. Tell us your passenger numbers and luggage requirements so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. For larger groups, ask us to confirm available options.

Maintenance and Replacement Vehicle

Syrents provides maintenance, oil changes, and a replacement car in the event of a breakdown.

Driver Accommodation outside the Specified Cities

When visiting cities other than Damascus, Homs, and Aleppo, the renter provides accommodation for the driver. Accommodation arrangements are agreed as part of the itinerary before the booking is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in advance. Review the quote, itinerary, and excluded expenses before confirming the service.
