About the role

You'll be the voice of Syrents — the person our clients talk to from their very first question to the moment they return the keys. Your job is to make renting a car feel easy: help people find the right vehicle, convince them Syrents is the right choice, and be there whenever they need a hand.

Because we're a small team, this role goes beyond chat. You'll own the full booking journey and keep our day-to-day numbers in order, so you'll see the direct impact of your work on the business every single week.

What you'll do

Chat with clients — respond to enquiries by chat, email, and phone, and turn interested visitors into happy renters.

Guide and convince — understand what each client needs, recommend the right car, and close the booking.

Manage bookings — create, update, and confirm reservations, handle changes and cancellations, and keep the booking calendar accurate and conflict-free.

Handle basic accounting — issue invoices and receipts, record payments and deposits, track refunds, and keep our records tidy for month-end.

Support clients — answer questions before, during, and after the rental, and resolve issues quickly and kindly.

Improve how we work — spot patterns in client questions and suggest ways to make our service and processes better.

What we're looking for

Excellent written and spoken communication, you're friendly, clear, and persuasive. Good command in English (you have that obviously)

A natural salesperson's instinct: you enjoy helping people say yes.

Organised and detail-oriented bookings and invoices leave no room for mix-ups.

Comfortable with numbers and basic accounting tasks (invoicing, payments, simple records). Experience with accounting or booking software is a plus.

A calm problem-solver when things don't go to plan.

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or rentals is welcome — but attitude matters more than CV.
